Karin Doerr

    Ms. Doerr's specialization is science and mathematics. She has nineteen years teaching experience in biology and mathematics, including secondary, community college and university level. She has designed and implemented the scope and sequence for science and mathematics at the secondary and collegiate level. She has the practical experience of diverse instructional delivery approaches using state standards-based curriculum incorporation cooperative grouping, discovery learning, direct instruction and student-lead instruction. Her educational background includes an M.S. at the University of Arizona, General Biology with Biotechnology emphasis; M.A., Northern Arizona University, Mathematics with Biology minor; and a B.A., University of Colorado, Biology.
